Rick Williams and Rick Jarrett are partners on their Elwood, Indiana, operation, but they each work independently. Jarrett plants soybeans and takes care of the harvest, while Williams plants corn, puts on nitrogen and hauls the grain. They each make their own marketing decisions. It’s a unique relationship, but their hard work and ingenuity have made it a successful one.
